This is a helpful booklet that contains more than a dozen recipes for herbal remedies using ingredients most people already have in their pantry. I found the tips on how to create and maintain an herbal section in the pantry helpful as well. Most information I've seen to this point reference a bunch of things I'd never buy and don't know where to source, so I felt this booklet made the idea of starting to use more natural remedies less intimidating. I look forward to trying some of these as the need arises.
