We have been combining plantain along with nettle to help with allergies along with my husbands throat. We've added this as a tea for daily relief.
We received our scoby and started our fermentation. We our in day 8 and it was so easy. We tasted the tea and found it is wonderful. Going to start our flavoring next.
Strong lemon tea without overt tartness!
It's slightly more tart than its lavender lemon chiffon tea counterpart, but not to the point that it's overbearing. I would just say the lemon notes are stronger in this one.
I enjoy a solid lemon tea, but I am not a fan of tart lemon teas. This one has softer notes and a sweeter touch to it that I enjoy. It does not have a strong lavender flavor, so if you prefer a very prominent lavender tea, this won't be the one for you.
I purchased this a number of times for a few years. This is such an easy kit to make your own elderberry syrup, just add honey and ACV. You can tell these are high quality ingredients as even though they’re dried, they are so fragrant and deep in color when you open the package. This kit makes it so simple to take one step to support your body.
This tea is perfect on a cold winter day.

As I opened the bag of Chamomile, a beautifully delicate fragrance emanated from the bag. At that moment, I needed to try it in a cuppa with a teaspoon of of honey. It was delightful! The combination of fragrance, taste and beautiful color satisfied my senses!
Perfect blend with subtle sweetness and oh so good!
