I love this tea for summer or fall, especially in the morning as I plan my day full of activity! It pairs well with dried rosehips which I like to add for a Vitamin C boost. The hibiscus flavor is beautifully blended with the elderberry and herbs to create a bright, invigorating tea to start my day!
This is now one of the most useful tools in my kitchen, and it's beautifully made too!

Although it's a little late in my area to plant now, I ordered this seed set with the plan of planning this fall where I want to plant the seeds next spring. I am excited to receive this set and looking forward to designing an area next spring for the herbs!
