Lemon Verbena, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Lemon Peel, Apples, Rose Hips, Calendula, Bachelor Buttons, Lemon Extract.

Full Size bags have: 25 to 30 Servings

Herbal Tea- Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz boiling water (212° F) for 5-7 minutes for best results.

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

Lamplighter Dill Vinaigrette and Frozen Mint Lemonade Tea Slushie

Ingredients:

¼ cup stale plain kombucha
½ lemon, juiced
1 small shallot, finely diced
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
½ tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp ground Farmhouse Teas Lamplighter Tea
⅓ cup olive oil
Pinch of salt
Freshly cracked black pepper

Directions:

Combine the stale kombucha, lemon juice, and shallot into a small bowl. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
Add the dill, mustard, ground tea, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper.
Whisk until combined. Serve on top of your favorite salad.

Ingredients:

6 rounded tsp Lamplight Lemonette Tea (1 tsp per 6–8 oz cup)
6–8 lemons, juiced
¼ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
½ cup fresh mint, chopped (or basil, or a mix of your favorite herbs)
Ice (enough to create a slushie texture)

Directions:

Brew the Tea: Steep Lamplight Lemonette Tea in hot water (6–8 oz per tsp). Add honey or maple syrup while warm. Let cool completely.
Prepare the Lemon Herb Mix: Juice the lemons. In a bowl, combine lemon juice with chopped mint (or other herbs). Add extra sweetener if desired.
Blend It All Together: In a blender, combine cooled tea, lemon-herb mixture, and enough ice to reach a slushie consistency. Blend on high until smooth and icy.
Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon wedges, extra mint, and straws or spoons. Enjoy immediately as a refreshing summer treat!
