2 tbsp Farmhouse Teas Barn Raising Berry Tea
2 tbsp freshly grated ginger root
½ tbsp freshly grated turmeric root
2 tbsp Mt. Hope Farms Blackberry Aronia Lavender Fruit Spread
1 lemon, juiced
Sparkling water - for the iced version

Directions:

Hot Berry Boosting Tea

Heat up the water in a tea kettle. Pour the water over the loose leaf tea, grated ginger root, and grated turmeric root. Let steep for about 5-8 minutes.
Stain the tea and stir in the fruit spread and lemon juice. Divide between two serving glasses and enjoy.

Iced Berry Boosting Tea
