Imagine walking amongst the lavender fields, brushing the lavender with your hand and inhaling the wonderful floral smells in the summer sun. This blend features lavender grown here in Oregon on Eagle Creek Farm. While not everyone can visit, it's possible to capture that goodness in your fizzy kombucha. Add the freshness of lemon and it makes for a relaxing blend of bubbly. Free of any flavorings, additives or chemicals and safe for flavoring your finished kombucha during a second fermentation. *AIP Diet and Paleo Compliant

Ingredients: Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Lavender, Organic Lemon Peel

*Prepared Kombucha tea is AIP Elimination phase Compliant and AIP Straight tea is Phase 1 Reintroduction Compliant

Kombucha Strawberry Lavender Lemonade

Ingredients

  • ½ lb strawberries, diced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups water
  • Brewed Farmhouse Teas Lavender Lemon Kombucha

Directions

  1. Mash the strawberries with the honey. Stir in the lemon juice and water.
  2. Pour a generous amount of the strawberry mixture into the bottom of a serving glass.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and top with brewed lavender lemon kombucha.
  4. Stir and enjoy! 
 Each packet steeps about 6 to 10 -16 oz bottles of kombucha. Flavor strength varies with each drinker, use more or less to taste. Average flavor requires 1 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Steep in prepared kombucha 1-3 days at room temperature then strain and enjoy or store for later use.
