This tea blends crisp spearmint and peppermint with a warm ginger spark, softened by herbal notes of nettle, oatstraw, and red raspberry leaf.

Herbal Tea- Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz boiling water (212° F) for 5-7 minutes for best results.

Sparkling Ginger Lime Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Ma’s Tummy Tea Loose Leaf Tea
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Ginger kombucha, to top
  • Lime wedges/slices, to garnish

Directions:

  1. Steep the tea with ½ cup hot water for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Strain, then let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in ½ cup cold ice water.
  4. Mix the tea with the lime juice and pour into two serving glasses.
  5. Fill the glasses with ice, top with desired amount of ginger kombucha, and enjoy!!
