Herbal Tea- Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz boiling water (212° F) for 5-7 minutes for best results.

Pineapple Mint Sweet Tea Mojito

Ingredients:

16 oz water
2 tbsp Pineapple Mint Sweet Tea
1 cup chopped pineapple
6 mint leaves
2 lime slices
2 tsp honey
Ice
Sparkling water

Directions:

In a small saucepan combine the water and Pineapple Mint Sweet Tea and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil then remove from the heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and let cool.
To assemble the cocktail, add ½ cup pineapple to the bottom of your serving glass, followed with 3 mint leaves, 1 lime slice, and 1 tsp honey. Use a muddler to muddle all of the ingredients.
Add 6-8oz of the brewed sweet tea to your serving glass and stir. Fill the glass to the top with ice and top with sparkling water. Repeat with the second serving and serve immediately!

I am an iced tea drinker year round and chose this blend to add to the many great iced tea flavors I've already tried from Farmhouse Teas. I was a little worried the mint flavor would be more pronounced and overpowering (like mint, don't LOVE it). This tea has a great balance of flavors. I actually would have loved a stronger pineapple flavor (because I do LOVE pineapple), but it is totally a great balance as blended. I am also enjoying experimenting with the great recipes being offered and will certainly try the non-alcoholic version of the Pineapple Mint Sweet Tea Mojito recipe offered on the website. Just another great tea from this great company! Thank you :)

EXCELLENT!! Love this tea ! I bought some samples from this company for the first time ever, ( pick three teas) , & this is one that I picked! Love the nice FRESH minty taste!!
