We switched from pills for probiotic health to water kefir. It's been a very positive choice and we've noticed a positive improvement.

I was hesitant about buying this tea, but wanted a variety of relaxing teas in my stash. While the name is Rose Garden Repose, it's not too heavy on the rose. The blend if full of subtle flavors and is the right amount of clam for a hectic afternoon.
I really enjoyed the flavors of the Lavender Lemon Chiffon tea. I initially thought what an interesting combination. And I was quite surprised that they all worked together.
I received a sample of this with my last order. I was hesitant to try because I'm not a fan of apple cider, but the cold got to me today and I brewed up a cup of the Apple Cider Fix'n. To my surprise I really enjoyed the flavors. Not to cinnamon heavy just the right amount. Warmed me right up.
