    Sweet and nutty with warm spice notes—hazelnut and coconut give richness, while cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves evoke classic holiday baking. Smooth, slightly sweet rooibos rounds it out.

    Organic Red Rooibos, Organic Marshmallow Root, Organic Cinnamon, Hazelnuts, Organic Coconut, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Cloves, Organic Extracts.

    Full Size bags have: 25 to 30 Servings

    Trial Size bags have: 8 to12 Servings (Not all flavors have trial size as an option)

    • Steep as a traditional loose-leaf tea.
    • Brew strong for a tea latte with milk or cream.

    Rooibos Tea - Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz hot water (208° F) for 4-6 minutes for best results.

    Paleo Eggnog

    Ingredients:

    • 1 tbsp Not Nog Loose Tea
    • 1 cup hot water
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
    • 1 cup dairy-free milk
    • ¼ tsp cinnamon
    • ¼ tsp nutmeg
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Directions:

    1. Brew the Not Nog tea and hot water together. Let steep for about 5-7 minutes.
    2. In a small saucepan, whisk together the eggs, egg yolk, maple syrup, dairy-free milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and the steeped tea. 
    3. Place the saucepan over low heat and whisk constantly for about 15-20 minutes or until the mixture has thickened. 
    4. Serve hot or cold.

    I received this blend as a free sample (so thoughtful!). As soon as I tried it, I ordered a full bag. It’s so “creamy” and rich and perfect for a cold morning (or night). So, so good!

    Skeptical but pleasantly surprised!

    I received this as a sample and was nervous because I'm not a hazelnut fan but I wanted to try anyway. This was comforting and not overbearing on the hazelnut. A very subtle flavor in my opinion and I was pleasantly surprised! This is not my favorite but I would not mind keeping some in my cupboard. Don't be afraid to give this one a try!

    I love eggnog and hazelnuts, so this is delightful!

    Oh my goodness, this was better than I anticipated! I am a true eggnog lover and hazelnuts are one of my favorite nuts. This tea fits the bill with a lovely flavor reminiscent of a good winter drink. I will be ordering more of this, thank you Ce Anne!

    Tasty but not sweet winter tea

    I originally tried this in a trial-size gift set and loved it so much that I ordered a whole bag! It doesn't smell or taste exactly like eggnog; the nutty flavor really comes through, along with a bit of the cinnamon. If you're drinking a lot of rich or fruity teas, this one will hit your palate differently. That's what my partner and I love about it - it takes a few sips to really appreciate the flavor, but man is it tasty.

    My box arrived today and I immediately pulled out the Hazel Not Nog to try it (the rest of the order is a Christmas gift for someone). The flavor is a nice warm spiced tea. Almost like a cross between a chai and eggnog.
