For one batch, measure 2.4 oz (approximately 68 g) of the herbal mix into a clean jar. Add 12 fl oz (1½ cups) 100-proof alcohol. Cover and extract according to package directions, keeping the botanicals submerged.

When finished extracting, strain and transfer to a clean glass bottle. Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place.

Making both batches? You’ll need a total of 24 fl oz (3 cups) 100-proof alcohol.
