Citric Acid is a commonly found acid in many fruits and vegetables, especially citrus fruits such as lemons and limes. It is used as a flavoring agent and preservative in food and beverage items and by chefs in various dishes. When mixed with sodium bicarbonate, Citric Acid creates a fizzy, effervescent reaction, which is why it is a primary ingredient in bath bombs. Additionally, Citric Acid can be used as a natural cleaner for hard water stains and kitchen messes and to dissolve mineral buildup. It can also passivate stainless steel and copper stills and deodorize with a pleasant, citrusy smell.
Citric acid also acts as a preservative when making elderberry gummies and helps coat the outside of homemade gummies to keep them from sticking.

Fun flavors, and easy to use. We are trying them all. The 3-pak saves a bit of money also.
I made a large pot of this and worked on it for a couple of days. It makes a good "iced coffee". I purchased it because of my favorite coffee substitute, Chicory and also due to the health properties of Dandelion root.
These are very well done and highly reminiscent of coffee without the buzz. A veryy enjoyable experience!
Recently de-caffeinating myself, I discovered this as an alternative for my morning breakfast tea. I love the fruity flavor, and it mixes really well with steamed milk.
I was very impressed with the honey oatmeal soap. I ordered it a couple weeks ago and it came in. First use I could feel the difference on my skin compared to other soaps. It makes it feel smooth! Will certainly buy again!
