Organic Oolong Tea, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Marshmallow Root, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Fennel, Organic Ginger, Organic Cloves, Organic Anise, Organic Orange Peel.

Black Tea - Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz of hot water (190°- 212°F) for 3-5 minutes for best results.

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

For culinary use. Contains caffeine. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications. Licorice root should be avoided in excessive amounts if you have high blood pressure.

Herbal Licorice Shake

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Herbal Licorice Spice Loose Leaf Tea
1 ½ cup coconut milk
¼ cup raw cashews
1-2 tbsp maple syrup, as desired for sweetness
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground ginger

Directions:

Combine the loose leaf tea and coconut milk in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Bring to a low simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and strain.
Add the steeped coconut milk to a high speed blender. Add the cashews, maple syrup, vanilla, and ginger. Blend on high until very smooth and thick, at least 60 seconds.
Pour into a serving glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

I absolutely have loved this. I use it as a tea and plan to also make some tincture with it. The energy/vibration from this tea is amazing. The only way I can describe it is that it makes my energy/vibration sing! I will absolutely be buying this product again.

Pina Colada Riobos tea

Shame on me. Once in a great while I think a Pina Colada would be great and I order the drink only to kick myself for ordering something that I know I don't like. I did the same think with the tea. If you love Pina Colada, then this tea will not disappoint. Perhaps I should have rated the tea 5 stars and me 1?
