    Just what I needed!

As I mentioned before, I am late getting my garden in, so I was looking for ways of expanding my garden space without having to dig and till. This looks like a great way to do that and I can build it my self! We live high up in the Rocky Mountains, so digging is a real chore because it truly is "Rocky". My husband has offered to do the digging if I will stop buying top soil & compost. Our soil is really good here because it used to be a cattle pasture. But I'm 74 and my back is telling me that my digging days are coming to an and :-) The compost is easier, because the chickens have already done most of the work. Thank you so much!!!

    My raised beds

I live in a senior living complex. We have 7 raised beds behind our building. I plant in 3 beds and fill my patio with grow bags. I have learned a lot from this book, and appreciate CeeAnn and her family very much.

Great instructions - couldn't be easier

Great resource for building raised garden boxes. I especially love the supplies and cut lists. This book turned what was initially an intimidating task into an easy-peasy lemon-squeezy to-done item. I love it!

    Raised garden box plans

After I had gotten this, I was a little nervous. I wasn't sure if it would be very complicated so my curiosity got the best of me. I started reading and it became more and more intrigued. It was simple. It was clearly written. It was so easy to understand. I had nothing to fear. This summer when it warms up I hope to give this plan ago. It'll be so nice to have a raised garden bed that I can grow more vegetables in. If you're trying to decide on whether or not to order this, I'm here to say go ahead! Doesn't get much simpler than this they were great directions!

    Growing something in my garden

This is AWESOME! Y'all are so kind to help us out with the raised garden plans. I do already enjoy growing herbs so I will take every little but of help I can get. Thanks SO MUCH for these steps in making a raised garden. Now I can grow herbs and then make tea!!!!

Higher is better on your back

I'm getting old enough that the low raised beds are just too hard on my back so these plans for higher beds are definitely welcome. It does take more soil to fill them, but you can mitigate that a bit by using branches and wood in the bottom and then fill with dirt from there. It's sort of like Hügelkultur in a raised bed.

    good read

Overall pretty good information. There is a few spots where the information is not quite understandable. I would appreciate a few more details on some of the pages for the not handyman that is just starting out. Is really great information on the builds, just a few more laymen's terms needed for the un-handy man.

    Too large for my space

I watched a video of them being made, and liked it. I have a very small balcony where we are now so not able to grow anything even my grow tower is too big. Have A Wonderful Weekend.
