This delicious tea lives up to its name. After struggling with insomnia due to menopause, I gave this tea a try. I have been drinking it every evening a couple of hours before bed and have been sleeping!! I love its gentle flavor and the hint of mint. I just ordered more. It has been a lifesaver to me.
