It has a pinch clasp which makes filling the infuser easier. Simply place your teaspoon of loose leaf tea inside the clasp and close. Whisk in your hot water to infuse your tea. Great for new tea users or for traveling.
Works best for broadleaf loose teas, not ideal for rooibos, chamomile, or other small leaf teas. We recommend a tea press or fillable bags for small leaf teas.

I've gotten a few recipe books from Farmhouse Teas and I'm never disappointed, they are very in formable and have tasty recipes. You will not be disappointed!
Wonderful tea for a cold brew. Just enough peach flavor, really doesn't need sweetener unless you just prefer a sweeter tasting tea. I have adapted my taste gradually to less sugary tea and black coffee so it's just what one is used to. A great tea, very enjoyable!
