The consistency is awesome and not slimy or rock hard like some other brands. The sweet/spicy scent reminds me of Christmas at my Grandmother's house when I was little. LOVE!!

It's very important to me to only drink organic teas and that they don't contain the sneaky "natural flavors" line item in the ingredient list.
