Mock Starbucks Chocolate Cream Cold Brew
Ingredients - makes 2 drinks
2 cups hot water
Chocolate Cream Cold Foam
½ cup dairy free milk of choice
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Stir the tea with the hot water and let steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Set aside to cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge.
Make the chocolate cold foam: Whisk together the dairy free milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla. Froth this mixture using a handheld or countertop frother. Alternatively, you can put the milk mixture in a mason jar, close the lid, and shake vigorously to create a foamy consistency.
Pour the brewed tea into two serving glasses filled with ice. Pour desired amount of chocolate cold foam on top and enjoy!
