I received the E-book, “7 Simple Herbal Projects” and am so glad I did! I also received “The Soda Drinkers Guide to Fizzy Herbal Drinks”. Both were just so amazing! The projects are well written and easy to follow. (My favorite is the foot spray! So refreshing after a day in the garden!). I will be doubling the recipe next go ‘round.
As a former sodaholic, I am finding the information for creating HEALTHY fizzy drinks so encouraging and fun. Kombucha has always seemed to overwhelming. I have sensitive skin, but am able to use this bug bite salve for when I've been working in the yard and have experienced bites from the local bugs. I would suggest considering this product if you have this experience.
