Ingredients: Organic Honeybush, Organic Rooibos, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Ginger, Organic Turmeric, Organic Clove, Organic Astragalus, Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Organic Pumpkin Powder, Organic Extracts.
Spiced Pumpkin Lassi
Ingredients - makes 2
- 1 cup dairy free Greek-style yogurt
- ½ cup brewed Farmhouse Teas Prudent Pumpkin Spice Tea, cooled to room temperature
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup, as desired for sweetness
- Pinch cinnamon and nutmeg
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a serving glass and garnish with another pinch of nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
For Hot Tea: Steep 1 tsp per 6-8 oz up of water (212°) for 7-10 minutes for best results. If icing use 2 tsp per 6-8 oz cup.
For Iced Tea: Steep 2 tsp per 6-8 oz up of water (212°) for 7-10 minutes for best results. Pour over ice.
