3 Leaf Pure Vermont Maple Candy is crafted the old-fashioned way—slowly simmering select maple syrup, hand-stirring as it cools, and pouring it into classic maple leaf molds. The result is a soft, melt-in-your-mouth confection that speaks of sugaring season and farmhouse kitchens past. Unlike the hard, sugary candies you may have seen elsewhere, this treat is tender and smooth, carrying the pure essence of Vermont’s heritage syrup.
Each piece is handmade in small batches and shipped fresh within days of being crafted. With a shelf life of 30 days, it’s best enjoyed in the season it’s made—just as families have savored maple sugar for generations. Recognized with national awards, this maple candy is a true taste of tradition, perfect for sharing or gifting.
Enjoy with an afternoon cup of tea or coffee
Give as a thoughtful gift for holidays, weddings, or cozy gatherings
Share at gatherings or as favors at holiday celebrations
Pair with cheese boards or autumn baked goods for a heritage touch
✨ Pro Tip: For a farmhouse-style dessert, crumble a leaf over warm apple crisp or baked pears—it melts softly into a golden maple glaze.
My husband and I both really enjoyed our samples. We added them to hot cups of coffee and loved it. I feel confident now that they would be a wonderful addition to any cup of tea or not coffees. We’ll be buying larger quantities :). It’s so nice to be able to try a sample, and in the future I’ll remember this little pack to add into gifts - very special and fun!

We buy this tea for my wife to assist in calming for peaceful sleep. Yes we keep purchasing because it works. It is way better for you than Tylenol or other OTC questionable medication!
I love hot chocolate in the fall and winter but hate all the chemicals. With the addition of a little honey this hits the spot. So happy to have found my favorite winter drink without all the junk in it. Thank you, Farmhouse Teas,!
I bought this to make my first Elderberry Syrup, and it turned out great! Thank you Farmhouse Teas
I love having this mixture handy! We never get sick at a convenient time and I love having this in my cabinet.
Surprisingly effective so far. I have tried mineral deodorant sticks (didn't cut it for sweaty work outs),deodorant spray (only worked after getting stinky, not preventative). This one is the best so far and the citrus scent is just right. I actually like having to rub it in, then it goes where I need it and no where else
This is my go-to tea for feeding my Scoby's! It keeps them (Seymour, Sally and Scooby Doo2) happy and healthy, and it's a great value for the price! Farmhouse Tea is the place to be!
I didn't want to commit to a full year so just got the Fall issue so I could see what it was like. It is fabulous! Gorgeous pictures, lots of recipes and other ideas, great information! A few typos but as a cozy mystery reader, I'm used to those. :S Definitely will purchase Grow, Create, Sip subscription as soon as I am able.
It is absolutely stunning! The pictures and quality of this magazine are amazing! There are so many recipes. I'm going to have to pace myself. I'm going to start by making the Cold & Flu Season Comfort Tea. We've already had colds here at our house, and I almost ran out of the Sneez-ali-tea Herbal Tea from Farmhouse Teas, but thankfully, my order came just in time. Now we don't have to drink the Sneez-ali-tea Herbal Tea all the time. Even after our colds are gone, we can enjoy this Seasonal Comfort Tea to help build immunity and save the Sneez-ali-tea Herbal Tea for when we need it. Now, I just need to decide which recipe to make next. Hmm...
THANK YOU,
Very clear and easy to follow the instruction,I don't have to purchase some gift.
My grandson loves blueberries, and so I purchased this tea, and it's kid approved due to the blueberries!
