Imagine walking amongst the lavender fields, brushing the lavender with your hand and inhaling the wonderful floral smells in the summer sun.

This blend features lavender grown here in Oregon on Eagle Creek Farm. While not everyone can visit, it's possible to capture that goodness in your fizzy kombucha. Add the freshness of lemon and it makes for a relaxing blend of bubbly.

Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Lavender, Organic Lemon Peel

Soft and soothing with the floral aroma of lavender and the bright lift of lemon, Lavender Lemon offers a calm, refreshing flavor with a delicate citrus finish.

Add 1 tsp of flavoring to 16 ounces of fermented kombucha. Steep for 1-3 days and strain before drinking or storing.

  • Add 1 teaspoon of Lavender Lemon flavoring directly into a 16 oz bottle of your home-brewed plain kombucha.
  • Use a swing-top bottle or another tight-sealing container.
  • Top with plain kombucha, leaving about 1–2 inches of headspace.
  • Let the bottle steep at room temperature for 24–48 hours.
  • After steeping, refrigerate for at least 24 hours before opening — open carefully, as natural pressure may build!
  • Strain out the flavoring before drinking, then sip and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

Kombucha Strawberry Lavender Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 16-20 oz Brewed Plain Kombucha
  • 2-3 tsp of Farmhouse Teas Lavender Lemon Kombucha flavoring
  • ½ lb strawberries, diced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Add the Lavender Lemon Kombucha Flavoring to your brewed plain kombucha. Let ferment for 1-2 days on the counter at room temperature.
  2. Once fermented, chill in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours before opening. Once chilled, strain the flavoring from the kombucha and reserve the now-flavored kombucha.
  3. Mash the strawberries with the honey. Stir in the lemon juice and water.
  4. Pour a generous amount of the strawberry mixture into the bottom of a serving glass.
  5. Fill the glass with ice and top with brewed lavender lemon kombucha.
  6. Stir and enjoy!
