Pumpkin Spice while a fall tradition is a great flavor for kombucha providing all of that spice from the cinnamon, ginger and clove. But this flavoring is special because it contains real pumpkin powder!

Comes in 1.5 oz bag. Steeps about 6 to 10 -16 oz bottles of kombucha. Flavor strength varies with each drinker's taste buds, use more or less as tastes prefer. An average bottle requires 1 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Steep 1-3 days, then strain. Chill 12-24 hours before opening then enjoy or store for later use.

Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon,  Organic Ginger, Organic Clove, Organic Pumpkin Powder, Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Nutmeg

Pumpkin Spice Kombucha Punch

Ingredients - makes a batch for serving to a crowd

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree 
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 5 cups apple cider
  • 8 cups already fermented plain kombucha
  • 8 tsp of  Pumpkin Spice Kombucha

Directions

  1. Add 8 tsp of Pumpkin Spice Kombucha flavoring to the 8 cups of plain kombucha.
  2. Ferment over night up to 3 days on the counter in room temperature.
  3. Chill in fridge for 24 hours before straining flavoring out.
  4. Whisk together pumpkin spice flavored kombucha, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and apple cider until smooth.
  5. Serve chilled over ice with cinnamon sticks.

Pumpkin Kombucha Smash

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed Pumpkin Spice Kombucha
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 oz whiskey - optional
  • A few mint leaves - optional

Honey Syrup

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup water

Directions

  1. Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  2. Add 1-2 tsp of the honey syrup to two serving glasses. Divide the brewed pumpkin spice kombucha, lemon juice, and optional ingredients between the two glasses.
  3. Stir well, then fill the glasses with ice and garnish with mint leaves.
