Flavor strength varies with each drinker, use more or less as tastes prefer. Use 1 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Steep 1-3 days then strain and enjoy or store for later use.

Fresh and fruity with the sweet aroma of ripe strawberries and a cool burst of mint, Strawberry Mojito offers a lively, refreshing flavor with a bright splash of lime and a hint of tangy hibiscus.

Use 1 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Steep 1-3 days then strain and enjoy or store for later use.

  • Add 1 teaspoon of Strawberry Mojito flavoring directly into a 16 oz bottle of your home-brewed plain kombucha.
  • Use a swing-top bottle or another tight-sealing container.
  • Top with plain kombucha, leaving about 1–2 inches of headspace.
  • Let the bottle steep at room temperature for 24–48 hours.
  • After steeping, refrigerate for at least 24 hours before opening — open carefully, as natural pressure may build!
  • Strain out the flavoring before drinking, then sip and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

Strawberry Basil Kombucha Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 16-20 oz of plain Brewed Kombucha 
  • 2 tsp of Strawberry Mojito Kombucha  Flavoring
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 2 fresh strawberries, diced
  • 6 basil leaves, minced
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Add the 2 tsp of Strawberry Mojito Kombucha flavoring to the 16-20 oz of brewed kombucha. Let infuse 24 hours.
  2. In the bottom of your serving glass, add ½ of the diced strawberry, ½ of the minced basil, 2 tbsp pineapple juice, Stir to combine.
  3. Fill the glasses up to the top with ice and top with the strained and flavored kombucha. 
  4. Garnish with a small strawberry and pineapple leaves if desired!
