Lemon Ginger is a traditional kombucha flavor and with good reason! Not only does the ginger help get you that fizz you are after but it also gives your kombucha some zest and zing! Along with bright lemon to bring that refreshing taste to your favorite fermented sip! This flavoring makes a great Paloma, recipe below.

Comes in 1.25 oz bag. Steeps about 6 to 10 -16 oz bottles of kombucha. Flavor strength varies with each drinker's taste buds, use more or less as tastes prefer. An average bottle requires 1 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Steep 1-3 days, then strain. Chill 12-24 hours before opening then enjoy or store for later use.

    Lemon/Ginger Flavoring

I love both lemon and ginger but felt this flavoring was very strong with the heavy taste of lemon peel. The next batch I make, I'll be cutting the amount in half to see if this makes a difference in the strength of the flavor.

Delicious! I'd never have picked this flavor but I'm SO glad I did!

My husband loves Ginger flavored Kombucha, so I bought this for him. But, I tried it and love it too! And, my brother, who is also a food snob, really enjoyed it as well! It was so fun to serve my Kombucha to him and see his surprised face "wow, that's pretty good!" Thanks, Farmhouse Teas!
