This tool feels marvelous in your hand. The wood is smooth, the rivets are gorgeous, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do - divide dough cleanly and scrape your surface (bench) clean of floury bits. An absolute pleasure to use.

When I opened my Rooibos Chai, I could immediately smell the beautiful aroma of all the spices! I steeped the recommended 1 tsp in hot water and then added steamed milk and honey. This is by far the best chai I've made at home by far! The flavors were the perfect strength and so comforting. I'm excited to try the other blends I purchased! Love that they are organic and so fresh!

I use them to cover dough (everything from sourdough & yeast breads to waffles, tortillas, noodle, and cracker dough), salads, homemade fermented sodas, soaking beans and grains, etc. Anything that's not too messy! I love this chunky mug. I love the fact that it's handmade and it keeps my tea hot longer than any other mug I own. I like to pre-warm it with hot water, pour it out and then pour fresh hot water to steep my tea. It is just the right size and shape to warm your hands on.
