Organic Nettle, Wildcrafted Elderflower, Organic Mullein Leaf, Organic Oat Straw, Organic Plantain, Organic Spearmint, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Ginger, and Organic Fennel Seed.

Sneez-ali-tea can be:

Steeped into a mild daily tea or made into a strong infusion
Blended with other loose herbs for custom seasonal mixes
Cooled and used as a soothing herbal rinse
Enjoyed hot or iced depending on your needs

Herbal Tea- Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz boiling water (212° F) for 5-7 minutes for best results.

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

Cucumber Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Farmhouse Teas Sneeze-Ali-Tea
12 oz hot water
3 slices of cucumber
4 mint leaves
½ lemon, juiced
1 tsp honey
Ice

Directions:

Brew the tea in the hot water and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes. Let cool completely.
Muddle the cucumber, mint, lemon, and honey in your serving glass.
Fill the glass with ice and top it with the cooled Sneez-Ali-Tea. Garnish with cucumber and enjoy!

I suffer from year round allergies and this has been a game changer. I noticed after just two days, how I didn’t need as much of my allergy medicine as before and after a week I hardly need it at all. The flavor is excellent and not to strong I can easily add some collagen powder and really up my game for the day.

I ordered the sneez- Ali- tea to have on hand for allergy pop ups, but recently aught what ever bug is going around and this tea helped me feel so much better and less congested. Worked great iced and hot with some honey. Will definitely be ordering more to always have on hand. Thank you

Natural and effective

I love that there is a natural remedy that is so effective instead of using OTC medicine. I love the Nagging Noggin tea for headaches as well! I've always found the products at FHT to be of great quality. Glad to have such a reliable source to get my supplies!

Tastes great, but too soon to tell, really

I’ve just started using this tea for my allergies and it really tastes great, which is more than I can say for the tea I put together myself for them. However, it’s too soon to tell if it’s working or not. I think I’m going to need to start a month early next year on it!

My favorite by far!

I’ve reordered this blend multiple times and will continue to do so. I especially love it when the fall leaves start falling and chilling breezes make me want to snuggle in my comfy chair with a good book.

Relief From Allergies

We enjoy a pot of Sneez-ali-tea during spring evenings when we are beset with congestion. We add a good dollop of local raw honey. So soothing!
