We don't need to save fire cider for any particular occasion to use or prepare it. Here at the farm, we like to use it as a strong and tasty salad dressing and even add it to a marinade for extra flavor. However, having some on hand during the cold and flu season is always a smart idea.

We like to mix this tonic with other light beverages, but we can just as easily take a neat teaspoon or two a day. If I find it supporting us well, I usually keep up on it more often to bowel tolerance. However, if you're prone to heartburn or have stomach ulcers, it's best to avoid fire cider as it will only exacerbate the issue.

Husband's favorite

My husband was very skeptical about herbal teas until he tried this one and saw the good results. This is now his favorite and most efficient remedy in healing and in convincing him of the effectiveness of natural remedies.
It has a great flavor and potency!

Love how easy it is to make and I like how everything is in one bag! Sometimes it's hard to find horseradish root. I have made it twice. Will buy more!

Great Stuff!

I purchased the 16 oz. bag to share with family. While only a week into the “brewing” stage, I came down with the sniffles. Decided to try some fire cider even though it wasn’t quite finished. It was so soothing (yes, it’s hot- make sure to add honey & dilute with water!)! This will be my go-to for colds!
Thank you, CeAnne, for gathering quality ingredients into one mix. So easy to make!
