I ordered the filters for making cold brews plus some lids. They look well made and sturdy. I expect to use them for a long time. When I opened the shipping box I found 2 tea samples that smelled amazing. So, can't wait to try those!
I've been using my cold brew filter in a quart size jar for about a week now and it works great!
This is my second scoby from Farmhouse Teas. They work great! I used the original one I bought for years until we moved…and I forgot to refresh the scoby hotel. When I found it, it was molded. I bought another and have a new batch of kombucha going right now. The scoby grow to the size of your jar even though they come small. I highly recommend if you want to start making your own kombucha.
