They start off with pure raw local Wisconsin honey, mix in a little bit of only the purest 99% dark chocolate liquor, and coat it with the same delicious chocolate. That is It!
They are gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free, salt-free, have no added sugars, are kosher, low calorie, and all natural!
Don't worry about biting into them, they honey is thick and smoothly crystallized with no messy drips, and the chocolate is crisp with just the right amount of bitterness to even out the sweetness of the honey.

I had a quart jar of this deliciously bright and vibrant tea this morning (a fantastic pick-me-up before a long day on the homestead). It’s tart, sweet, and absolutely refreshing. When you steep this tea, the color is an enticing bluish-purple. You can even smell the blueberry and lemon!! I’m definitely going to be making this tea into an Arnold Palmer, it will blend perfectly with lemonade.
I was hoping to taste more chocolate with this one, the base may be a bit overpowering.
I liked this flavor out of all of the Not Coffees! The hazelnut flavor came through nicely.
