I wanted to try my hand at brewing Kombucha this summer with so many fresh fruits and Hot days! Everything here is all I have purchased and of course my fresh fruits of the Summer! My last batch of Black Raspberries topped off my most recent batch. So far, Apple, Cherry, Peach, Black Raspberries and not a bad batch yet! CeAnne booklets was a big help.
Thank you all!

The tea is exactly what I needed at a great price. This company is always such a pleasure to order from!
Great ideas in this book. I'm new to kombucha and am looking forward to using some of these when it's ready and when I receive the flavoring packets.
This tea is very mild without much flavor. I like a bolder tea. The costal cranberry my favorite!
This tea was such a pleasant surprise and is now my new favorite! It has a lovely, mild flavor and a beautiful scent. I love sipping a mugful to relax and enjoy an evening after a good, long day working in the garden.
My husband starting making "root beer/sasparilla" kombucha with this flavoring and brown sugar or white sugar with molasses and his coworkers and the 18 year old now can't get enough of it.
I love it! Such a beautiful magazine. Many recipes I intend to try and so much information.
We are really enjoying the newest Fine Mesh Wide Mouth Mason Jar Filter for Cold Brew. We have been experimenting successfully with Farmhouse Teas Loose Leaf Southern Sweet Tea and adding frozen raspberries for a raspberry sweet tea. Today we are infusing frozen peaches. To solve the 'non dissolving sugar issue' typical of cold brew, we remove a few cups of water and heat till just about to boil, turn off heat and stir in 2/3 cup sugar and stir till dissolved, then add fruit to hot sugar water for around 15 minutes with lid on. Pour the sugar and fruit water into the filter on top of the tea leaves and finish filling with water. This is for a half gallon. We are still not able to use the silicon seals that are supposed to make it leak proof. Tried both on my 1/2 gallon mason jar, but the ring just pops up from the pressure the seal thickness adds. Other times, the lid screws on sideways and never sits right. So I use the regular metal jar flat and ring with no seal and remember not to shake the jar. Not sure how to maneuver this, but regardless, the tea is worth it.
Keep up the great work over at Farmhouse Teas!
Hi Henry, thank you for sharing your detailed experience! We're thrilled to hear you're enjoying the filter and your creative tea infusions. In response to your difficulty with the seals, there are two seals included. The raised one is for the Brewing America Lid, and the regular seal is for any standard canning lid. They arrive together in one piece but can be separated from the strainer. I hope this is helpful! Thanks for your support and kind words.
I love this tea! It has a light, fresh, springtime flavor with just the right amount of orange flavor. I will definitely be repurchasing.
I have been wanting to make my own kombucha for some time but just afraid and overwhelmed by all the info when CeAnne’s workshop showed up in my inbox. She made it all simple and just the info I needed and it turned out sooo good and so did the 2nd ferments with Barn Raising Berry and Farmer’s Wife Raspberry. The 1 gal scoby kit made 2 full 48 oz bottles (reused GT bottles) (I took the pictures after we all drank some-cheers!) and I dare say, taste even better than GTs at a fraction of the cost. Thank you so much for making it easy CeAnne
We have LOVED the lavender lemon chiffon and the peach mint trial teas.
