This is my second scoby from Farmhouse Teas. They work great! I used the original one I bought for years until we moved…and I forgot to refresh the scoby hotel. When I found it, it was molded. I bought another and have a new batch of kombucha going right now. The scoby grow to the size of your jar even though they come small. I highly recommend if you want to start making your own kombucha.
Great information with lovely photos! Excellent business and purchase came and looked like a gift! So happy with Farm House Teas!!
This probably the most flavorful and delicious tea I’ve ever had. We live is peach country in Western Colorado and this perfectly captures the flavor of a juicy summer peach. Paired with some high quality local honey, it’s amazing.
I love the ebook and the recipes it contains. Thanks for sharing it for free!!!
We've been cold brewing three half gallons every evening for the next day since the heat began, and my kids always ask to make this tea cold brew. I actually like it better cold brew than hot because it softens the rooibos. 1/4 tea overnight in a half gallon mason jar in the fridge with the cold brew filters that CeAnne has for sale.
I brew mine double strength for 15 minutes in the French press and add a bit of cream. Perfect for when I don't need coffee but want it! I love the herbal benefits of the ingredients that CeAnne chooses for her Not Coffee line. I LOVE that she doesn't use natural flavors.
What a super summer gift for cooling down!
I really enjoys supporting this company and was thankful for this informative guide to mason jar brews!
