Rewards Program Directions
How to locate and use all of your rewards here at Farmhouse Teas:
Your reward account is located on the bottom right-hand side of our home page. (You will have to be signed into your account first to be able to view your rewards.)
Once you have opened up your rewards account, you can view:
- Loyal Tea points you currently have
- Ways to earn & redeem points
- How to refer your friends & family
If you want to use your points towards your order, you can click "Ways to Redeem". This will show you all the discounts you qualify for and how close you are to the next discount. Once you find the discount you would like to redeem, you will click "Redeem", and it will email you a unique code to your email on file. You will then copy this code from your email and paste it into the discount/gift card box at checkout to have it apply to your order.
Want to refer a friend and earn money?!
Scroll all the way down until you see Refer Your Friends.
You can then click on your unique friend referral link and send it to your family, friends, coworkers, etc. they will save $10 with their order. Each time someone places an order using this link, YOU will receive 10$ off!
This reward can only be used for new customers. If your friends and family have placed an order with us before unfortunately, they will not be able to use this reward. But they can send out their own unique link to their friends and family who are new to us and start earning credits for their future orders.
