I really like this tea hot, but I LOVE this tea cold! I use a tablespoon for ~1.5 cups of hot water, and then put it on lots of ice! Stir in some honey and lemon, and it's a perfect summer refresher!
This tea is perfect when feeling a bit nauseous - the first steeping is great, but I also like this tea "re-steeped"! I find having a second cup of weak but still yummy tea can motivate me to drink more fluids than plain water can!
I bought the sampler to try some ānot coffeeā teas, since Iām nursing a newborn that doesnāt tolerate me drinking coffee. Everything I tried was great, but Iāll definitely be ordering larger quantities of the Mountain Hazel not coffee!

I have purchased this tea repeatedly and love it. It is so fresh testing with a mild peach flavor. Chia is not usually my favorite but this is excellent.
