Just when you are glad winter is over, spring arrives, and summer is coming, and then you remember... spring is the season for lots of tissues, plugged sinuses, running noses, stinging eyes, and you feel awful because you can't breathe right.

For some, when spring arrives, the body's histamine response to air, dust, or animal dandruff is prominate. It's time to calm the body's reaction and find an average balance so that you can enjoy spring once again.
