Made from Grade 18/8 Stainless steel this mesh tea strainer rests on top of a small teacup. Loose leaf tea is added to the strainer and hot water is poured over it as it infuses. These work best for large leaf loose teas rather than small leaf (chamomile, rooibos). It's also great for straining kombucha and making tinctures. We recommend a tea press for the smaller loose leaf teas.
Purchased this as a gift for a friend who scalded her fingertips pouring tea for us. She is a very experienced tea maker and pourer, but she gave her favorite tea strainer to a friend. She says it's perfect--the handle is long enough to prevent accidental splashes of boiling water.
Very good quality and good price
This strainer is at a nice low-cost and fits perfectly in the top of most mugs. It allows the tiniest particles through, but does keep the bulk of your tea leaves out of your cup.
I have many little tea strainers; most you have to put the tea leaves in and screw the top on. This little strainer is great for making a good hot cuppa! Winter is coming on and that is my time for a good hot cuppa to enjoy in the morning!
Purchased this handy dandy tea strainer for making elderberry syrup. Works great. Thanks.

This apple tea is amazing ! I love it hot or cold and it smells fantastic!
soooo good! All the Farmhouse teas have so much more flavor than any other tea shop/tea service I know of. Get this for a good pick me up instead of coffee!
The taste is great, and it really helped my throat feel better.
I love having recipes and suggestions at my fingertips! So many amazing flavors and options.
These are a great quality and certainly handy for making a cup of tea etc. at work.
This scrumptious! Absolutely delicious and calming. I will definitely order this again.
This is a high quality spoon. It is just the right size, perfect for serving up portions of tea.
I love the Cattywampus Canceler tea. I like to add a little honey to mine and the slightly sweet minty flavor is lovely. I also love the Golden Turmeric Spice tea. I tried the sample I received and will definitely be ordering some.
