Pumpkin Spice Kombucha Punch
Ingredients - makes a batch for serving to a crowd
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 5 cups apple cider
- 8 cups already fermented plain kombucha
- 8 tsp of Pumpkin Spice Kombucha
- Add 8 tsp of Pumpkin Spice Kombucha flavoring to the 8 cups of plain kombucha.
- Ferment over night up to 3 days on the counter in room temperature.
- Chill in fridge for 24 hours before straining flavoring out.
- Whisk together pumpkin spice flavored kombucha, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and apple cider until smooth.
- Serve chilled over ice with cinnamon sticks.
Pumpkin Kombucha Smash
- 2 cups brewed Pumpkin Spice Kombucha
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 oz whiskey - optional
- A few mint leaves - optional
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup water
- Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Allow to simmer for 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Add 1-2 tsp of the honey syrup to two serving glasses. Divide the brewed pumpkin spice kombucha, lemon juice, and optional ingredients between the two glasses.
- Stir well, then fill the glasses with ice and garnish with mint leaves.
