Brew Up a Batch in 3 Simple Steps!

STEP 1 Add the Elderberry Mix Packet into a medium saucepan, topped with 5 cups of water, and boil. Then simmer for 20 minutes or reduce by 1/3, whichever comes first. STEP 2 Slightly mash the berries, strain the Elderberry Mix from the water using a mesh strainer, and let cool to room temperature. STEP 3 Add 3/4 to 1 cup of raw honey and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar. Store in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks or freeze. Makes approx—1 quart of syrup.

TIPS!

  • This recipe may be cut in half or quarters by dividing the weight of the ingredients in the bag and the other ingredients into half or quarters.
  • Prepared elderberry syrup that has been strained may be frozen into ice cube trays and stored in plastic zip-top bags for later use.

Flavorful Eldelberry

Definitely a good twist for the usual eldelberry syrup, our family drinks eldelberry very often and having a vierity with a boosting of additional herbs and spices is such a great way for preventive and recovering from a flu.

Elderberry syrup kit

I haven’t made this syrup yet. I’m waiting to finish some syrup that I already have open in the refrigerator. Will be doing it soon.
Everything I have purchased from you so far has been wonderful. The fire cider has a couple more days before it’s time to strain and complete. The wild cherry bark syrup turned out great and it’s delicious.
