  • Simmer packet in water according to included instructions
  • Strain herbs and add raw honey to taste
  • Bottle and refrigerate for up to several weeks

Brew Up a Batch in 3 Simple Steps!

STEP 1
Add the entire Wild Cherry Bark Syrup Mix Packet into a medium saucepan, topped with 1 1/2 quarts of water, bring to a boil, and then quickly turn it down to a simmer for 30-45 minutes until it is reduced by 1/2. Do not reach a boil for the most benefits from the wild Cherry bark.

STEP 2
Slightly mash the herbal mixture, strain the Wild Cherry Bark Mix from water using a mesh strainer, and let it cool to room temperature.

STEP 3
Add 1/2 cup of raw honey. 1/8 - 1/4  cup of raw apple cider vinegar or brandy may be added as a preservative. Store in the refrigerator for 4-6 weeks or freeze (don't freeze if using alcohol). Makes approx. 1 quart of syrup.

This stuff works better than any pharmaceutical!
