Herbal tea (Root based) - Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz of boiling water (212° F) for 7-10 minutes for best results.

Non Alcoholic Hot Toddy

Ingredients:

1 tsp Yodel A Tea Who Loose Leaf Tea
1-2 tsp honey, as desired for sweetness
½ tbsp lemon juice
1 lemon slice or lemon peel, to garnish
1 cinnamon stick, to garnish

Directions:

Steep the tea in 1 cup of hot water for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
Stir the honey and lemon juice into the tea.
Start with less honey and add more if desired for sweetness.
Add the cinnamon stick and enjoy while hot!
