Take a Breather Herbal Tea can be:

Herbal tea (Root based) - Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz of boiling water (212° F) for 7-10 minutes for best results.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz of boiling water
  • Fresh lemon Slices
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Fresh peppermint leaves (optional)

Directions:

Step 1: Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup with 6-8 oz of boiling water (212° F) for 7-10 minutes for best results.
Step 2: Add a few slices of fresh lemon and a cinnamon stick to each mug. Can add some fresh peppermint leaves as well, if desired
