Very berry! This bold bright flavoring is sure to add a little punch to your kombucha. Tart and fruity this blend features Aronia berries grown here in Oregon from Mt. Hope Farms. Free of any flavorings, additives, or chemicals and safe for flavoring your finished kombucha during a second fermentation.

Flavor strength varies with each drinker, use more or less as tastes prefer. An average bottle requires 1 tsp per 16 oz of kombucha. Steep 1-3 days then strain and enjoy or store for later use.

    Lush and fragrant with the floral aroma of rose petals and the deep berry notes of elderberry and aronia, Rose Berry offers a vibrant, slightly tangy flavor with a soft, elegant finish.

    Add 1 tsp of flavoring to 16 ounces of fermented kombucha. Steep for 1-3 days and strain before drinking or storing.

    • Add 1 teaspoon of Rose Berry flavoring directly into a 16 oz bottle of your home-brewed plain kombucha.
    • Use a swing-top bottle or another tight-sealing container.
    • Top with plain kombucha, leaving about 1–2 inches of headspace.
    • Let the bottle steep at room temperature for 24–48 hours.
    • After steeping, refrigerate for at least 24 hours before opening — open carefully, as natural pressure may build!
    • Strain out the flavoring before drinking, then sip and enjoy!

    Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

    Berry Citrus Kombucha Sangria

    Ingredients:

    • 1 grapefruit, sliced
    • 1 orange, sliced
    • 1 lemon, sliced
    • 1 pint raspberries
    • 1 pint blackberries
    • 10 mint leaves
    • 16 ounces orange juice
    • 1 cup grapefruit juice
    • 28 ounces brewed Farmhouse Tea Rose Berry Kombucha

    Optional: cut the kombucha amount in half and add 1 bottle of white wine for an alcoholic version.

    Directions:

    1. In a large pitcher combine all of the ingredients except the kombucha and give it a stir.
    2. Add the kombucha and stir again. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight before serving.
