Made from Grade 18/8 Stainless steel this mesh tea strainer rests on top of a small teacup. Loose leaf tea is added to the strainer and hot water is poured over it as it infuses. These work best for large leaf loose teas rather than small leaf (chamomile, rooibos). It's also great for straining kombucha and making tinctures. We recommend a tea press for the smaller loose leaf teas.

This strainer is at a nice low-cost and fits perfectly in the top of most mugs. It allows the tiniest particles through, but does keep the bulk of your tea leaves out of your cup.
I have many little tea strainers; most you have to put the tea leaves in and screw the top on. This little strainer is great for making a good hot cuppa! Winter is coming on and that is my time for a good hot cuppa to enjoy in the morning!

This is a very fragrant and flavorful oolong tea. Great tea for relaxing for anytime of day.

By itself, this tea does impart a very cozy, warm feeling. I’m sure it would be good with milk or cream with some honey. I do love that these teas are wholesome and nutritious. I feel like I’m getting a good detox when I drink these teas on their own.
