So simple and yet SO very good, these put all other mint patty type candies to shame. Honey, mint, and chocolate liquor (not to be confused with chocolate liqueur, which has alcohol, is pure cocoa in liquid or semi-solid for produced from cocoa bean nibs that have been fermented, dried, roasted, and separated from their skins. it gives an incredible rich depth to the chocolate which pairs perfectly with the honey and mint. Since trying these, we found the supplier as they are not far from where we live and purchased some of their jars of honey. Thanks for providing products from these small family businesses!
The mint, dark chocolate honey patties were wonderful. I like mint and dark chocolate. It is a wonderful treat.

I had a quart jar of this deliciously bright and vibrant tea this morning (a fantastic pick-me-up before a long day on the homestead). It’s tart, sweet, and absolutely refreshing. When you steep this tea, the color is an enticing bluish-purple. You can even smell the blueberry and lemon!! I’m definitely going to be making this tea into an Arnold Palmer, it will blend perfectly with lemonade.
I was hoping to taste more chocolate with this one, the base may be a bit overpowering.
I liked this flavor out of all of the Not Coffees! The hazelnut flavor came through nicely.
I really liked the strong cocoa flavor and tart notes from the berries and hibiscus. This tea is great as a latte!
