I made this using a ginger bug and am still experimenting with getting the proportions right since there are no instructions on making the soda with a ginger bug. It does make it pretty fizzy and I find it is much healthier than just mixing in carbonated water. The flavor is great and I definitely recommend this syrup mix. As a matter of fact, I have already purchased more.

I chose the Chocolate conniption "Not Coffee", the Southern Belle Grey, and Southern Raspberry Rose. Each of these teas has been absolutely wonderful. I was looking for something to replace my morning coffee as it was causing bad acid reflux. These teas have been exactly what I needed. I'm looking forward to trying more of different flavors.
