After viewing a well known homesteader's YouTube channel wherein the presenter described how she ground up Alfalfa, along with Nettle to treat symptoms of common seasonal allergies, I felt inspired and followed the link she provided to Farmhouse Teas, to purchase these herbs. I'll be grinding both of these into a more fine powder so that I can encapsulate them for ease of taking them in a capsule form. Additionally, I'll look forward to brewing them together, along with some added Peppermint leaves (also from Farmhouse) to create a refreshing tea that is full of nutritive benefits as well.

I ordered alfalfa and nettle loose-leaf teas both to make capsules and to enjoy as a warm beverage 😊 I was very impressed with the care and thoughtfulness that went into my order. I use it in capsules for allergies and no longer using allergy meds.

The Alfalfa we ordered, was to try and see if this added with another item, would actually work in a pill form to heal us from sinus issues. We are blown away - the produce was clean from stems or junk - it was in crushed leaves, so I had the option of powdering or using as is. I've done both and vey pleased!
