Garlic (Allium sativum) is one of the most essential and beloved culinary herbs worldwide — and this batch is grown right here in the United States, never imported. Choosing U.S.-grown garlic means supporting local growers while ensuring a fresher, higher-quality product compared to mass-imported garlic often found on store shelves.

With its rich, savory flavor, garlic is indispensable in cuisines across the globe. It pairs beautifully with tomato-based dishes and is a must-have in Mediterranean, Asian, and homestead kitchens. Combine it with herbs like rosemary, thyme, or oregano to enhance soups, stews, breads, and sauces.

Beyond the kitchen, dried garlic can also be infused into oils, added to savory tea blends, or incorporated into tincturing projects, making it as versatile in the apothecary as it is in cooking.

Ingredients: Organic Garlic

Are all of your ingredients organic?

We love providing herbs that are fresh, pure, and of the highest quality. Whenever possible, we source from small family farms that grow with care for the land. Some of our partners are USDA-certified organic, while others practice organic methods but choose not to certify due to the cost.

Because our own facility is not USDA-certified, we don’t label our finished products as “organic.” Instead, you’ll see “organic” noted in the ingredient lists when that particular ingredient was grown on a certified organic farm. We want to stay transparent while still offering you the cleanest, most responsibly grown ingredients we can find.

We’re grateful to support local growers, and we believe that when ingredients are raised with integrity, you can taste and feel the difference in every cup.

Herbs are legally sold by the ounce but often we get asked how many cups are in a bag.
