I had water kefir in no time! Rehydrating was simple & after that in a couple of days we had a batch of kefir-first ferment anyway. The flavorings are a fun addition too!

I wasn't sure I'd like a combination of fruit and mint but wow! This is really good! The blueberry has some complexity to it with a little apple and elderberry added, and the mint involves both peppermint and spearmint, just the right amount so it's a light but distinct taste without overpowering the freshness of the blueberry flavor. This will be added to our rotation of favorite flavorings!
We all have our favorite Kombucha flavorings in my house (I usually make several flavor types from each gallon of tea prepared.) But EVERYONE raved about the strawberry lemonade and the next batch will be a full gallon of it. It's bright, not TOO sweet, and has a very subtle complexity of flavor with a little apple, elderberry, pear, and hibuscus added to the mix. But the strawberry/lemonade flavor really shines through. I hope this is a full time addition to the line of flavorings!
Haven't used it yet but will hopefully be great on stings. But arrived great and fast. Will order again.
