Sage (Salvia officinalis) isn't just a must-have for poultry - it's also great in any herb cabinet! It's great for loads of things. But it's since been naturalized and grown all over the world, from the Middle Ages in England's monastery gardens to a special mixture called Four Thieves Vinegar. Its genus name translates to "to save," making it a true hero in the herb world!
