Just purchased this loose leaf tea and all I can say is wow! It is equally wonderful hot or cold. I added just a touch of local honey and it was delicious. Use the available “tea” spoon and do it yourself tea bags for even more convenience.

Blended with others to make "Anxie-tea"

Got a recipe from FHT for a tea blend that works for anxiety. My daughter is getting married in summer and she's been very stressed out about the plans, work and other things in her life. I have a very stressful job and some nights lose sleep because of it. I blended the tea as instructed (made 3 batches) and split between my daughter and myself. I missed one night of drinking a cup before bed and yes, I woke up in the night. This tea works great. The tea is still green and the wonderful minty smell is heavenly. Good "quali-tea"!

Yarrow

I used the yarrow to make the flu fighter glycerite with the other ingredients in the Homesteading Family cold and flu kit. I have about 4 weeks left to see how it works. I do plan to try and plant yarrow this year. But I also know I can get it from Farmhouse Teas as well. Thank you so much. Michelle

I love this mix because it’s easy. I don’t have to search out horseradish or turmeric roots. I love that I truly can dump and go. I haven’t yet used our fire cider in recipes; we’ve only taken diluted shots of it when feeling illness coming on. This season I’m planning on taking it preventatively. This Grow, Create, Sip Junior Magazine is a great learning tool to help engage youngsters in learning about herbs and flowers that are beneficial for health and wellness.
